TMX Group Inc. Purchases 500,000 Common Shares For Cancellation In Private Purchase
TMX Group Inc. (“TMX Group”) announced today that it has agreed to purchase for cancellation 500,000 of its outstanding common shares, or approximately 0.7% of the common shares outstanding at February 10, 2009, pursuant to a private agreement between TMX Group and an arm’s-length third party seller (the “Private Purchase”) for an aggregate purchase price of $15,730,000. CFTC Orders Former Bank Trader And New York City Resident To Pay $360,000 Penalty In Connection With False Trading Reports Submitted To His Former Employer, Bank Of America
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today settled charges against Michael Moster for submitting false reports to the Bank of America in Chicago, where he once worked as a trader, and ordered Moster to pay a $360,000 civil penalty.

SEC Charges KBR And Halliburton For FCPA Violations
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced settlements with KBR, Inc. and Halliburton Co. to resolve SEC charges that KBR subsidiary Kellogg Brown & Root LLC bribed Nigerian government officials over a 10-year period, in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), in order to obtain construction contracts. Dalian Commodity Exchange Monthly Statistics - January 2009
Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) transacted 33.6 million contracts in January with a turnover of 1221.094 billion yuan, which accounted respectively for 36.47% and 28.89% of Chinese futures market, a decrease of 36.23% and 47.99% year –on- year respectively, and a 44.64% and 37.65% period-on-period decrease. In the end of last month, the open interest was 1.053 million contracts, a 14.02% period-on-period decrease.
