ASIC: Oswyn de Silva Pleads Guilty To Insider Trading Charge Involving ‘Front Running’
Following an ASIC investigation, former Macquarie Bank portfolio manager, Mr Oswyn de Silva, 37, pleaded guilty in Sydney’s Central Local Court to insider trading on 12 occasions in contravention of s1043A(1) of the Corporations Act.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today charged Joseph L. Autry, Jr. and his company, Autry Capital Management LLC (ACM) (formerly known as Joey Autry LLC), both of Statesboro, Ga., with fraudulently operating a Ponzi scheme that solicited and received approximately $265,200 from seven customers in Georgia to trade commodity futures contracts.
